I think this could be great way to engage in some arbitrary philanthropy with no rewarding the covetous behaviour of party crashers or enabling RWT. What do you believe? In the end, if you do not think it's likely to work, please specify the reason why. The past couple of posts were a bit curable at the why section, therefore Sleepy's left in the dark. Thank you Razorlike for pointing out that the bank supervision, and also to Wiltingplant for suggesting that people sending gifts should be able to see who receives the presents.
I believe having a Pasture along with a Coop in your house would function for better food instead of having to walk into a farmland where there are chickens and cattle. So to start with, there's a quest to do. It is called Beef Thief (lol). So you have to talk to Sarah, an individual living in the farm south of Falador. She'll inform you that one of her milk cows is missing. She will tell you that the burglar took it into the west. Sarah will also tell you that the individual was dressed in dark robes. Say you'll help.
Then you go outdoors. You will see the thief dropped something. Pick it up, and you'll see it's a runestone with engravings in a different language. Return to Sarah and provide her the rock. She will say that the Dark Wizards utilize these runestones as plans. Go to the Dark Wizards tower. When you arrive there'll be a cutscene with the Dark Wizards speaking with all the Dairy Cow in the corner of this area. The Darr Wizards say they are going to kill the king by giving him poisoned milk.
