Additionally the terrorbird will allow you to run infinitely (with its scrolls) that is a large helm. If you're looking to range, use the general run configuration of Dragonhide, with a few Prayer or Defence bonuses mixed into (Helm or Nietiznot for instance). I would suggest diamond or ruby bolts (e) are the most appropriate to choose. If you're trying to melee whips or chaotic rapiers and the ddp/claws. If you're in a melee, carry proselyte armour for preserving prayer pots and use the piety.
To fight, could guthans and a set of super sets work? I was playing with an arsenal set up (rune plate granite shied, d hide, it was a hide) but it didn't come up all that often, so i thought barrows' gloves, guthans and some super sets woul be very useful. I'd gain money faster since i did not need diamonds or food as often? If you can find a safe spot (using the small gap next to the obelisk to ensure it won't even hit you until after it burrows) there won't be much food, if at all. Guthan's probably wouldn't be very efficient.
I recommend you use an emerald/broad (e) setup. Start with the emerald (e) to poison, switch to broads to finish the. Each kill can be worth 20k to 20k. Myself, I aim for 2 kills each run (using the eagle eye and the prot melee when needed) then home port, recharge pray at altar, use fally portal, bank and wait so that the next spawn can happen.
Hey. Every person is unique. Is there really a "correct" way to kill something? According to me, you should just blast them with your strongest equipment and weapon, while the speed increases! However, I've never killed one. It's best to cancel what's most difficult or what you dislike. Why continue to do something that is slow?
